This policy governs the terms and conditions related to returns, exchanges, cancellations, store credit, and damaged products for all purchases made fromΒ Swarnika. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms mentioned here.
RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY
Swarnika offers aΒ 2-day return window from the date of delivery.
All approved returns are issued only in the form of Store Credit.
No monetary refunds are provided under any circumstances.
A βΉ80 return and reverse logistics fee is charged once per entire order, irrespective of the number of items returned.
Store Credit issued by Swarnika is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
International orders are not eligible for free return shipping. All international return shipping and customs charges must be borne by the customer.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
A return request will be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

The return request is raised within 2 days of delivery

The product is unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition

Original invoice, packaging, tags, and labels are intact

The product shows no scratches, stains, or defects

All embellishments, stones, and attachments are intact and undamaged
NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

The return request is raised after the permitted time frame

Any product, accessory, tag, or complimentary item is missing

Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

Products that have been used, worn, altered, or opened, unless damaged upon arrival

Complimentary or free gift items are not returned with the main product

Individual items from promotional or bundled offers

Sale items or products purchased using Store Credit

Products returned without prior return approval
Swarnika reserves the absolute right to refuse any return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, customers must contact us via WhatsApp +91 9369429135 within 2Β days of delivery.
Please share the order number, product details, and the reason for return.
All return requests are reviewed, and a response will be provided within 24 hours.
Once approved, the product will be collected through reverse logistics arranged by Swarnika.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCT POLICY
If a product is received in a damaged, defective, or missing condition, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, a replacement will be arranged.
No refunds are provided for damaged products.
Claims raised beyond the specified time period may not be accepted.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are permitted within 2 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags intact.
A βΉ80 exchange and reverse logistics fee is applicable once per order.

STORE CREDIT USAGE
Store Credit issued by Swarnika can be used at checkout while placing a new order on our website.
The applicable credit amount will be automatically adjusted against the total payable amount.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
For COD and Prepaid orders, cancellation is not permitted once the order has been shipped.
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the order amount will be issued only as Store Credit.
Bank refunds are not provided.
CUSTOMISED JEWELLERY POLICY
All customised jewellery orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If a customised product is received in a damaged condition, customers must email clear images of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery to:
